We wanted to provide you with peace of mind and to reassure you of the preparations we have put in place at ErinNicole Beauty Salon. Your health and safety is an essential part of our policies. Whilst you have always been aware and commended us on our high standards of hygiene, sanitisation & disinfection. Times like this, it really hits home how necessary they are in salons. Whilst personal protective equipment has always been normal practice for us, it is now more than ever essential as is the use of single/disposable tools in all treatments were possible. Which reinforces why these protocols were strictly followed at our salon for you safety. However we understand that in this current situation you need that extra reassurance. We are more that happy to oblige. So for that purpose we have put this letter together for your reassurance.
- Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements.
- The salon has had a deep clean.
- Paintwork has been refreshed.
- Laundered all our towels and linens.
- Removed any non-essential items throughout the salon..
- Installed contact less methods of scheduling providing online booking system and payments however we will still be taking cash payments for those that prefer.
- Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested
- Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.
- We have undertaken certified further training in hand hygiene procedures.
- Staff will wear the Government specified facial protection masks at all times.
- Undertaken certified further training and understanding proper sanitation, disinfection and sterilisation practices.
- Further certified training in Health and Safety at work practises.
- We proudly continue our high standards of hygiene with the use of single, disposable items throughout all our salon treatments were possible.
- All customers to wash hands on entering the premise and/or use the sanitation gels provided following hand wash ( please note that you should ensure your hands are thoroughly dry to prevent skin irritation).
- Single use masks will be available to all our customers, however we would encourage that you do try to provide your own.
- That were possible you leave all unnecessary personal items at home eg. bags, purses, keys, coats.
- Any items you do bring with you must be placed in your pockets or on a non porous surface. (please ask us if unsure)
- Please try to arrive on time as waiting areas have been closed for your safety.
- Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment that isn’t booked in for a treatment at the same time. This is to ensure unnecessary excess traffic through the salon, compromising safety guidelines.
